20% non returnable deposit is due for each week booked. The balance is
due 6 weeks before your holiday begins.

In case of cancellation less than
6 weeks before your holiday, a
cancellation charge of 50% of the rent will apply unless property can be
re-let for the holiday period.

Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels
and tea towels are provided. Please provide your own beach
towels.

All heating and lighting costs are included within the rental.

A high-chair and cot are available
upon request.

The property is available from 3.30pm on the entry day until 10.00am on the
departure day unless otherwise arranged.

Please advise any damage or breakages which will be charged for at the
end of the holiday let (outwith normal wear and tear)

The flat is thoroughly cleaned but as time is limited between lets,
please leave the property as clean and tidy as possible.

No Smoking is permitted in the flat.

Sorry - no pets
permitted due to possible allergies of other guests.
